I know this  poetry isn’t as good as those guys in England wrote, like John Keats,  W.B.Yeats, and Dylan Thomas.  If I ever did get to put it in a book, it wouldn’t cost as much as their books did.  Sometimes, I don’t have a clue what they were trying to say. T.S. Eliot, a poet, was nice enough to put footnotes in one of his poems  and I still don’t get it.

So, my poetry is “no frills. ” It is New American Poetry for the 21st century. This  is the “Fast Food” of Poetry.  You know, sometimes you don’t want Mexican Food, you just want Taco Bell! I come out and say what I have to say with no unnecessary language.  Maybe one day I can be a “name brand” Poet,  too. But until then, it’s dollar burgers from McDonalds.
